"I've been with State Farm since before Barth took over with at least 2-3 different insurance policies or more ( currently 5 policies including life, homeowners and vehicles) and the customer service has been beyond phenomenal. They have helped me through the hardest time in my life and other rough times. They have become close friends over the years. Lori is probably in the top 10 of the kindest and most caring people in the world and a wonderful human being and friend. Barth has never not taken the time to listen when I've needed his help, has never judged my decisions and has never tried to push anything on me I wasn't interested in. Megan hasn't been there as long , but she is kind , caring, will listen to your needs and help guide you through the process, not to mention that Megan and Lori are 2 people who no matter the day I've been having I know I am leaving the office smiling because we are definitely going to be laughing hysterically at some point during my visit.
I can't say enough good things about this group of people. Some people may complain about the costs but that's part of running a business and I know that these 3 people have always tried to get me the lowest rates and the most for my hard earned money. I will be with them as long as Barth , Lori and Megan will put up with my crazy ball of chaos I call life. I would rather spend money at a place where I am treated like a friend and human being, a place that reminds me before I am late on a payment, a place that actually cares about the customer and is there for you when things happen versus someplace that gives you the number of a corporate call center. When I have had tradegey ( especially in 2007 when my daughter was killed) State Farm really was like a good neighbor and friend and was there for me.
