Megan hasn't been there as long , but she is kind , caring, will listen to your needs and help guide you through the process, not to mention that Megan and Lori are 2 people who no matter the day I've been having I know I am leaving the office smiling because we are definitely going to be laughing hysterically at some point during my visit.
I can't say enough good things about this group of people. Some people may complain about the costs but that's part of running a business and I know that these 3 people have always tried to get me the lowest rates and the most for my hard earned money. I will be with them as long as Barth , Lori and Megan will put up with my crazy ball of chaos I call life. I would rather spend money at a place where I am treated like a friend and human being, a place that reminds me before I am late on a payment, a place that actually cares about the customer and is there for you when things happen versus someplace that gives you the number of a corporate call center. When I have had tradegey ( especially in 2007 when my daughter was killed) State Farm really was like a good neighbor and friend and was there for me.
